What is ISO/IEC 17065?

RBA Registrars provides independent product, process and service certification aligned to ISO/IEC 17065 — the international standard specifying requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services.

Product certification provides third-party assurance that a product conforms to specified requirements in standards, technical specifications or regulations. Our product certification activities include scheme development, evaluation (testing and inspection), technical review, certification decision and ongoing surveillance to ensure continued conformity.

We support organisations across a wide range of product categories, including support for CE Marking (EU), UKCA Marking (UK) and label certification against environmental and quality standards.

Accreditation Status: RBA Registrars is currently working towards formal accreditation under ISO/IEC 17065. Our product certification processes, impartiality arrangements and personnel competence requirements are fully aligned with the standard in preparation for formal accreditation assessment.
